Jeff Lynne´s ELO concert at Telenor Arena on September 19th will not go as planned. It will not be possible to carry out the planned concert in accordance with the guidelines from the Norwegian authorities(COVID-19) .
Informastion on ticket refunds
For refund of tickets purchased via ticketmaster and paid by card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), Vipps, PayPal or Klarna - use this contact form
It can take up to 60 days from the time you send your inquiry until you have money back in your account. The amount will be credited back to the account associated with the payment method used.
If you paid with a card over the phone or used a gift card, we will need your account number for refund.
Service charges, postage, billing fees and voluntary options (insurance, souvenir tickets, etc.) are non-refundable.
IMPORTANT!
The refund deadline is November 19th, and after this deadline, tickets will not be refunded. Also note that tickets are not automatically refunded.
