SHAWN MENDES TO TELENOR ARENA, JULY 9th, 2023

The concert with Shawn Mendes that was supposed to be in Telenor Arena, March 18th, 2022 has been postponed until July 9^th, 2023. All tickets are still valid and will be valid until the new date with the same place. Those who do not wish to use their original ticket on the new date can get the ticket refunded by February 27^th, 2022. See refund information below.

Canadian superstar Shawn Mendes is going on a new world tour with the album "Wonder". Friday July, 9^th, he will visit Telenor Arena. The audience can look forward to a terrific show!

Shawn Mendes has been Grammy nominated several times and is the youngest artist to have received over a billion plays online.

We are very much looking forward to the world star Shawn Mendes returning to Norwegian soil.

Refund information:

If you want a refund, you must request this via your Ticketmaster account. The deadline for requesting a refund is February 27^th, 2022.

Select category: "I need help with my order" and theme: "Want a refund or exchange of tickets" and sub-theme: "Full refund for canceled / moved event".

• If you have paid with a gift card, you can attach the account number you want the amount to be transferred to.
• If you have purchased tickets at a local ticket office or through another point of sale, this place must be contacted for a refund of tickets.
• It can take up to 60 days from the time you send your inquiry until you have money back in your account. The amount will be returned to the account associated with the payment method you used.

Food and Drink

During the concert, you will be able to purchase food, drinks and snacks from our kiosks. Our restaurant Spitfire will also be open with an à la carte menu.

Hotels

There are three hotels in the immediate vicinity of Telenor Arena that offer high-quality rooms
at affordable prices.

Transportation

We highly recommend using public transport to Telenor Arena, which is located only 15-20 minute walk from Lysaker Station, a central link for bus, train and the airport express. There are multiple bus lines operating between the arena, Oslo and the surrounding area. Detailed routes and schedules can be found at www.ruter.no.

Shuttle Buses
Shuttle buses will be set up to and from Telenor Arena. The buses are clearly marked and run from Langkaia opposite the Opera (right by Oslo S) and directly to Telenor Arena from 4pm. After the concert, the buses will go directly back to Jernbanetorget. When buying tickets in advance via Ticketmaster, the price for a round trip ticket is NOK 105,- for adults and NOK 55,- for children. If you want to buy at the bus stop, the price is NOK 125,- round trip for adult and NOK 65,- for children. A return ticket from Telenor Arena costs NOK 65,- for adults and NOK 35,- for children. We recommend buying a ticket in advance!
PS! The ticket only applies to a dedicated shuttle bus and is not valid on an ordinary scheduled bus.

Parking
Telenor Arena offers parking, however driving to the arena is not recommended as queues and traffic incur during concerts and events. If driving is still the transportation of choice, a car park is situated across the road from the arena, as well as at Fornebuporten and IT Fornebu, where parking tickets for the duration of your stay will be available.
