Telenor Arena is in Fornebu, just a short distance from downtown Oslo. Widerøeveien 1, 1360 Fornebu.
During large events, you can take Telenor Arena Shuttlebuses to the arena. The buses leave from Kirkeristen by Oslo-S and drive continuously as long as needed and return to Oslo after the event. Bus tickets can be bought at the bus stops and cost kr. 100,- return.

We encourage everyone to choose an environmentally-friendly mode of transportation to Telenor Arena. There is an excellent public transit system out to the arena. Ruter’s bus lines 24, 28, 31, 31E, 36E, 707, 733 will take you directly to Fornebu. For specific travel times, visit www.ruter.no. It is also only a 15 minute walk from Lysaker station, a central hub for both bus, train and the airport train. If you still want to drive there are parking facilities both at Telenor Arena and the nearby area.

Tickets are available through www.ticketmaster.no. Links to purchase tickets can be found on our website. If you want to order by phone please contact Ticketmaster’s ticket office at tel +47 815 33 133. Premium tickets are available through www.universe.com. We strongly recommend buying tickets through official outlets as there are unfortunately often fake / invalid tickets on the market. Fake / invalid tickets will always be rejected at the door.
It is the arranger/promoter for each event that decides how many tickets are sold. Please contact the appropriate arranger for more information about ticket sales and audience capacity.
Telenor Arena opens approximately one to two hours before the event begins. (This is dependent on the type of event). More information will be posted on our homepage and on facebook.com/telenorarena a few days before each event.
The ticket office at Telenor Arena is only open on show days. The opening hours vary from event to event. The times will be annonced on our homepage and Facebook.com/telenorarena.
Everyone must use the entrance that is printed on the ticket. If you are attending an event with friends who have a different entrance on the ticket, you must each use your entrance and meet on the inside of the arena.
Our events generally do not have an age limit. In those situations where the arranger/promoter decides to set an age limit, details will be written on your ticket and on our homepage.

There are unfortunately no wardrobe facilities at Telenor Arena.
No, there is unfortunately no minibank by the arena. The closest minibank is by Lysaker Torg.

Yes, you can get water at several places in the arena, both for those sitting in the grandstands and those on the floor.
Yes, the arena has wireless internet. Telenor has installed free, wireless internet. The network is called Telenor and is activated by opening a browser on your phone.
We recommend using public transportation to get to Telenor Arena. If, however, you still want to drive, there are parking facilities available close to the arena. At most events in Telenor Arena will be parking right across the road from the arena. It is also possible to park in the parking garage at Fornebuporten and IT Fornebu. Follow the signs for “P-mot betaling”.
Yes, free earplugs will be handed out during our concerts. Contact our personell with yellow t-shirsts or visit our kiosks and bars.
Concerts: To reserve wheelchair and companion seating, please call Ticketmaster at +47 815 33 133. We have allocated separate parking spaces for wheelchair users in close proximity to the arena.
Exhibitions: Audience members with their own HC certificate are allowed to park at a designated area adjacent to the arena.
